Hi! I'm Qixiao Yuan (袁琦骁). This is my personal homepage and blog.
My nickname is Hourqima (猴骑马), which means “monkey riding horse” in Chinese. I prefer to use this name online because it is much easier to remember and pronounce.

About Me
I am an undergraduate student from the School of the Gifted Young (SCGY) at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), and I am expected to graduate in 2027.
I am currently focused on condensed matter experiments, especially 2D materials, while also having a strong interest in condensed matter theory, theoretical physics, and mathematical physics.
In my free time, I enjoy listening to music and reading poems, books, and comics. My favourite artist is Frank Zappa, and my favourite book is In Search of Lost Time. If you are interested in any of these topics, feel free to reach out.
